Product Usage

1. In food industry, it is used as antifungal agent, leavening agent, dough conditioner, buffer, tissue modifier, curing agent, nutritional supplement, chelating agent, etc. For example, baking products, cake leavening agents, bread, biscuits of fermentation AIDS, buffers, pectin curing agents (gel effect), yeast feed, meat products, tissue improver, etc.

2. It can increase saccharifying power and fermentation ability.

Recommended dosage

1. Cereals and its products, beverages 8 -16g/kg.

2. Vinegar, 6-8g/kg (calculated by CA). 

3. Baked food, gelatin, pudding, stuffing, 0.2%; sweet sauce, top material and pouring material, 0.15%.
4. Beverage and milk beverage 0.6- 0.8g/kg cereal and its products 1.6 -3.2g/kg infant food 3.0-6.0g/kg.

Packaging A.25kg/bag, paper plastic composite bag or woven bag.
B. Nylon ton bag packaging; can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Storage It shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place and shall not be mixed with toxic chemicals for transportation and storage.
